As part of FERGANA [ ber ] BORAK series of talks and conversation , we are hosting a session with HISHAMUDDIN RAIS , social activist , writer , film director & raconteur.
He will meander around the theme of arts , culture , literature , societal landscape and gaps in between and outside the loop , so to speak.
